Unfortunately, we do not have the authorization to approve claims at the office level so this would be more of a general State Farm complaint based on your specific claim. Please reach out to your claim handler or feel free to give our office a call we can work through this together. We will go above and beyond for our clients, but we are not roofers or adjusters. When it comes to the actual inspection of the roof that is left to those who do that on a daily basis. If there is no storm damage found it is hard to get a claim approved. I am sorry you are unhappy with the claim, but I do hope you understand our office is not making the decisions on what is covered and what is not. "
